You forgot the pic but if you got the chick from a hatchery it is an EE.

There's a sticky somewhere on uploading photos to BYC. I don't see it on your home page either. For each picture it will give you a link for picture and thumbnail. I just start a topic,open a new tab and go to my uploads page, right click the link I want, copy then go back to my topic and right click then paste. It takes less time to do then type how to do it. Once you think you have it click preview at the bottom of your post and If you like the way it looks submit it.
