Not sure what breed this is

This little chicken made her way onto my property yesterday. She seems fairly friendly as she was following me all around. We have a lot of outdoor cats in the neighborhood and a couple of them started stalking her during nightfall so i put her in my garage for the time being.

This little chicken made her way onto my property yesterday. She seems fairly friendly as she was following me all around. We have a lot of outdoor cats in the neighborhood and a couple of them started stalking her during nightfall so i put her in my garage for the time being.

she's a Silkie chicken...they make great pets!!! They are gentle and friendly....and unbelievably cute and funny....someone probably lost her...if you have a dog crate...or something like that...put some food and water in it along with some newspaper or wood chips on the floor of it and put the chicken in...maybe find out if someone close by is missing a bird...
