Not sure what is wrong with my hen...Again...

Hi guys!!!

I recently just treated my hen, peaches multiple times for egg bound and I dewormed her after finding worms in her poo. Now, she is sick again, just what I needed. Im thinking she is heat exhausted because I dont see any signs of being egg bound. Yesterday was super hot and humid. She stands, eyes closed and occasionally opens her mouth to pant... She has absolutely nothing in her crop as well. I gave her some water with electrolytes by syringe.

I thought she was hot, so I dunked her feet in water. After I took her out now she is shivering. I think her body temperature is pretty low.
