From what it have read on here, some EE don't have muffs.

I agree, I believe you have an Easter Egger. They're one of my favorite breeds.

eta: This is a common problem... Hatcheries, and by extension feed stores, spell the name of the breed with an I in the middle: Americana, rather than the proper spelling: ameraucana. By doing this, they trick people into buying cheaper easter eggers, instead of the more expensive ameraucana.

Ok...good to know. The Delaware I got has turned out to be either Ameraucana or EE...but that's ok, we love her anyway!
