Not sure what this is...

This is my ducks first time laying eggs so I understandit won't necessarily go smoothly.. she laid 2 decent sized eggs, 5 small eggs and today another decent sized egg. Well this afternoon I went to check the coop and I noticed a soft shelled egg in the corner along with what seemed like a deformed empty soft shelled egg? Maybe...? Does anyone know what this is? Also I opened the soft shelled egg to find 2 white dots on it along with some sort of lighter yellow figure in the middle of the yolk..? What could have this been?

Its probably just her getting used to laying. I wouldn't worry yet. New layers have all sorts of weird eggs.
