Not sure what to do with this egg

I have my first broody hen with 11 eggs that are "community" eggs. two hatched at 21 days and then a day later I am assuming the mom has started randomly destroying the eggs and when I check, dead chicks and completely destroyed eggs. BTW, some of the eggs she took were laid between 2-5 days after the ones that hatched on 21 days. So, I come home today from work and see the egg in the pic. The chick keeps moving, I can see it breathing but am thinking it hatching is a long shot. Any suggestions on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an incubator??????? Obviously with that amount of blood it is not ready to hatch. I gently dampen the membrane. Make sure not to get water near the nose and mouth. Then I would put it in the incubator and crossed your fingers. I think it will come out on its own when it is ready. It might take a few days before it comes out because, it is obviously not ready. Hopefully the yolk sac wasn't broken. I wouldn't try to help it hatch I think you will kill it if you do.

A lot of times bleeds will stop and dry up. I wouldn't just kill it. If you have an incubator I would give it a chance.

Sorry for the delay. It didn't survive, it died within 30 minutes of me making the post. Thanks to all who responded with advice.
