Not sure what to do

I'm not sure what happened but my chicken has blood on her beak. I took her out to look at it. Should I do anything or just leave her with the others and it will heal itself?

I would think it might be a cut from a sharp object, such as a feeder, waterer, or a piece of fencing. BluKote, an antiseptic (being careful not to get into the eyes or maybe by spraying first on your finger and daubing it on) would help to keep her from getting pecked there.
