I have a 24 week old hen(buff orpington) that keeps hiding in corners and puffs up when approached. I noticed this behavior yesterday and started watching and checking her over. No sign of mites or anything but she seems thin. When I picked her up yesterday her crop was full but today it was not. I picked her up and moved her away from the others with separate food and she ate no issue. After putting her back i noticed she went to hide as soon as my 17 week old rooster(Ameraucana) approached and he followed her and wouldn't leave her alone. Is she afraid of him? What are my next steps if that is the case. I have 15 chickens 2 of which are roosters she doesn't seem to mind the other much larger rooster (light brahma) but none of the other hens seem bothered by the smaller rooster.

How much space do they have, both in their coop and outside run? Multiple feeders and waterers, out of sight of each other, and places for birds to also be unseen by others?
Any injuries?
Your pullet and cockerel might just not be getting along, at least right now.
Do you have adult birds, or is everyone very young? It takes time for youngsters to get it together mentally, and having adults with pullets and cockerels often really helps.
If she's sick, that's one thing, otherwise, just watch and see how they get along.

Can you weigh her? You can feed her banana to help her gain more weight. Does she ever walk around?
Yea she does she actually escaped the enclosure today i assume trying to get away from him. I can try to weigh her tomorrow and plan to feed her separate or supervise during feeding to make sure she is not bothered
