Not sure what's wrong.

Hello all!
We started raising chickens for fresh eggs last spring and a couple of our beauties are having issues with their feathers around their heads. Some feathers are falling out, but it looks like some of them are deformed or something (near comb). Otherwise they all seem healthy. We don't have a rooster, and never see the hens pecking at each other. Below is a photo. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
