Went outside to gather eggs. My 12 week old great pryenees some how got ahold of one of my birds and killed and ate some of the insides.
What should I be concerned with in regards to the puppies health. Is there preventing measures I can take to make sure she'll be okay?

My Aussie once ate entrails of something a hunter had left behind and my vet said she may look a bit green and have some bad smelling diarrhea but it would pass. She was on Heartgard Plus and there were no issues with parasites after the event. You could check with your vet to see what they would recommend.

I would expect the puppy to be fine.

Some people feed whole raw chickens to dogs on purpose, and those dogs usually do not have problems, even when they eat all parts of the chicken (meat, bones, skin, feathers, guts, the contents of the guts, etc.)
