Not sure where to put this. Can you mix birds for pets?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but can i mix quil or partridge with chickens in the coop ? because i would really like to add a couple quail with my chickens?

Partridge, yes, they can be in with the general population. Quail can be in the coop, but for their safety it is best to have a cage inside the coop for them
