Not to bad for my first time...

It took a good 30 minutes to make these 2 candles. They're hand dipped. I just did 2 to start off with, unscented.

Do you use lead free wicks? Thats the only kind that I can use and unscented, would be nice to have around during the winter months when the power is not so reliable.

because it can cause respiratory failures/death in my indoor birds I have had to go through candle withdrawal I keep scented party lites in a few drawers just so I can remember the smell of them. I envy those of you who can burn scented candles and wax melts and simmering potpourri ahhh the memories.

These are called a "grubby" candles. It's colored with ground nutmeg. Ain't they pretty...pretty ugly!!!

Beautiful job! I love candles! Hard to find something like heather and carnation scent candles that Yankee used to make and now they dont.....
