I have 10 guineas living with my chickens....the hens lay eggs in the same boxes as my chicken hens...they are said to be noisy...but we don't have that problem...

Guinea eggs are pretty good. Shells are alot harder usually. The eggs are usually kinda triangle shape, but I have one whose eggs look like my silkie mix eggs. The eggs are usually about medium size. Chicken does look like a guinea.

if it turns out to be male (just looked up Ideal who they order from the come st. run only) will a guinea cock (correct?) fight with my rooster?

Guinea eggs taste a lil different. And about the same size as a bantam egg...well...a lil more round and pointed at the end....

Now you know what you have to do? Go and get a few more gunineas so Chicken won't be lonely and ostricized! Google them and find out more, they are cool! They also will keep your yard free of insect pests and are terrific for keeping ticks from invading. They eat weed seeds and insects, and as an added bonus are supposed to make great watch birds both against predators and visitors.
