Nother Cream Legbar Question....

A bit confused about Cream Legbar coloring... I bought 8 pullets and there's two that are a totally different color.... What's up with that?

Pictures say a thousand words. If you're able to grab a pic of both colors, someone might be able to give you an answer as to what's going on. Did you pick them up from a feed store, hatchery or breeder?

Male and female Legbars do look completely different so if you have two that look different and they're pure Legbars then you have two males.

That's what I was thinking .... Just couldn't see how all of them could be pullets although the breeder assured me they were...

The first is a Gold Creole Legbar and not the best representative of the breed. In the second picture, I did not see a crest, but if there is a crest I would hazard a guess that it is a White Sport Legbar.

Unfortunately, to most people a cream legbar is what they call all three color variants.
