I looked inside it and the chick is wrapped in something white

its shrink wrapped . you might have to help but dont be in a hurry. wet a paper towel with warm water and put it around the egg being careful to leave a place for its beak so it can breath. humidity is still too low. rewet those sponges.

what your seeing is the membrane. there are 2 of them. one attached to the shell and one that protects the baby. this is the thing i was referring to if they had done an internal pip. it means they piped through this first membrane to start breathing air.

i was trying to find a member on here thats really good with hatching but i cant remember her name its something violet. i mean there is a lot of good people but she has a hatching guide on her post. i have to go to bed, i am sick. i do hope they hatch out for you. let me know.
