Nothing Happening in My 'Bator

I have four viable Muscovy duckling eggs in my 'bator. 36 hours ago I candled them and they'd pipped internally. I increased the humidity to 70- 80% relative humidity by my hygrometer and left the temp at 99.5. All day yesterday they were peeping and rolling back and forth and I heard tapping from inside the 'bator. This morning I got up and they're still and there's no noise. Did they die?

probably still alive.. they take breaks from their work every once in awhile.. the longest eggs to take to hatch are the ones that are watched the closest..
