Noticed my Ancona is getting a larger comb

We just started getting eggs from my white leghorn and now it looks like my now 16 week old Ancona "AC" is starting to get a redder and larger comb! YEAH! I'm hoping she will follow my WL's path and start at 19 weeks too.

Any ancona owners out there? When did you girls start laying?

I had an ancona once. She started laying at 22 weeks and had the most huge floppy comb of any of my chickens.

I had an ancona that looked exactly like yours at 16 weeks. She's now 18 weeks and has moved on to a new home so I'm not sure her color... I'm hoping she'll lay soon though. Eggs are AWESOME! (And I'm still waiting for mine.... why did I wait until August to get chicks???)
