Nov. Egg Swap....Closed....

ny has no eggs yet. just went out to check to see if they were burried under the snow and i missed them. i will be snowed in all weekend. i have some babies supposed to hatch this weekend so i will stay here and watch them.

I don't have mine yet either; was really hoping they'd come today because I'll be gone all day tomorrow. I did get my BYC sweatshirt today though!!! And hatched 12 (so far) jumbo coturnix but no buttons

Will your post office hold the eggs at the office so they don't sit on your step?

Yeah - I had a bunch of button and jumbo eggs in the bator. Today is day 17 and only the jumbos are hatching

I had incubator issues on day 14; temps never went past 94-97 after I took the eggs off the turner, so the morning of day 15 I switched from the Hovabator to the LG. I don't care what anyone says, I love my LG's and have such better luck with those...but I had buttons sold so if they don't hatch, I'm in trouble...

I'm really disliking the post office at the moment. My eggs aren't here yet but even worse than the eggs I bought day-old chicks that shipped Wed. and they aren't here yet either I am hoping both packages arrive tomorrow and I have live baby chicks and non-frozen eggs. I'm calling the post office again as soon as they open tomorrow.

I love my LG as well. It just takes a little while to get used to it. Once you get it figured out it is really easy.

I got my eggs! I got my eggs!!!!! Thank you bloominbeauty!!!!! They were all intact, but I'll candle in a couple of days for hairline cracks.I have them sitting on the counter trying to get them up to room temp before I put em' in the bator. They were pretty cold, although compared to some of y'all it's balmy here 51 right now......

I hope my recipient got hers, they were sent on Tuesday, and they only went to Fla..........
