November egg swap~~Check thread for updates on shipping!!

hhmm yeah, shipping this mon or tues would be ideal, but i already have thoseeggs designated for the designer egg train.. and the 4 days after that are for this swap...
and thursday is hubby's birthday
and wed next week is oldest son's birthday.... someone kick me early next week and make sure i haven't forgotten... lol...

Yes, exactly why I put 'should'

I had some eggs come from Eastern KY to me in Central KY, about a 2-3 hour drive. They took 7 days to get here

I also sent eggs to a person in PA I believe, and they took 10 days. 'Normally', it shouldn't take more than 2-3 days, but that's hoping they don't get lost along the way. It also makes a difference what time of day you send them (as packages shipped in the morning would go out that day, as opposed to afternoon shipping going out late that day or the next morning), what time of year (holidays and such), and where you are shipping from. If you are close to a 'big' P.O., your package will probably get on a plane quicker than mine, since the closest airport to me is about 3 hours away

why!!! dang it!!!!!

ugh... so i had my schedule of collecting all figured out on how i was getting the right number eggs to the right people in a manner that they were all the right eggs, the right days so they got the freshest and mailed in a good time frame.. then the darn hens decide to thwart my plans...

usually i get 3 eggs day... and like once a weekish only 1... well since friday, i've gotten 1 white egg a day, and 3 others...

this is ssoo not good when i have deadlines.. don't these girls understand deadlines???
