Novice inquiry: Huge growth inside butchered chicken

This thing was about the size of a softball....maybe a little bigger. Cut it in half and had a meaty nucleus surrounded by a yellow outer core that looked almost exactly like cooked yoke. What is it and is the meat safe?

Huh that’s really weird, could be a tumour? I don’t really know but I’m very curious, where in the body did you find it

It looks like a large lash egg from salpingitis. Can you cut it in half and take another picture? After a second look, the veins make it look more like a cancer.

Okay, I just got a second opinion. Is it soft or hard? It may be a lipoma, a fatty tumor.
