Large Fowl blue cochins and black tailed buff japanese if I have to pick only a few. I can't stand some of the asian breeds. They look too weird.

Although I have never heard of these anywhere else except in one thread here on byc and I have never seen them personally, the silver laced brahmas are beyond awesome.

It's a toss up between my Lavender Silkies and my White Silkies. My new white Cockerel has stolen my heart

I love my silkies (white and splash) and my frizzle cochin roos (blue and black). I also have a BR that has the best personality. She is flat out determened to come in the house.

Of the ones that we have, my fav so far is our buff orp... but my fav in general is probably a silver laced wyandotte

I just got my first batch of chicks and so far the ones I like the best are my 2 white crested black polish and 5 salmon faverolles! They are so friendly and eat out of my hand!

My favorites are Barred Plymouth Rocks. They are so friendly and tame, and WONDERFUL layers! Even in snow.

I have 2 EE chicks, both of which are super friendly, so EE may come as a close second for me.

We have an OEGB that is the friendliest, most affectionate little bird. If you pick her up she completely relaxes and doesn't struggle at all. Scratch her head and she goes to sleep. Neat!

But we also have an awesome EE who loves to sit on my lap and hang out. Then there are the barred rocks...so sweet.....

Ah heck I like all our birds! LOL!

RIR is by far my favorite in my flock of one year olds. I bought four more of them this year. Hopefully at least a couple of them are as nice as her. Second favorite is a toss up between GLW and EE.
