Went to see if any of my duckling piped and this is what I found!

    There are 17 so far!
    5 eggs to go!
My other Momma is setting on 13!
I do have some sold! They are Muscovys.
We are expecting a drop in temp tonight, I just hope they will be ok!
There in a small window and the door is not blocked, do you think I should put a light out there to help Momma?
They are all snuggled under momma just fine right now!

    Amazing!

I am always humbled that my geese have a far higher hatching % than I do with my fancy schmancy incubator.

Thanks everybody! I thing both my hens layed in her nest, and then she went broody first, so I locked the other hen out of the house!
So the other hen started a clutch of her own and had 15 eggs! So out if 37 eggs only 2 were not fertile!
All 22 of the first clutch had embryos in them last time I candled! So we will see if the remaining 5 hatch!
So far 13 of the other hens clutch had embryos in them!
I never thought all these eggs would have been fertile!
    Thanks
    Brenda
