When breeding split to split, you will get a 1 in 4 that are pied(this may express as white 25%, pied 50%, and dark pied 25% in this group of 1 in 4)

For the cock that is split purple, half of his ladies will be purple as it is sex link. The other half of the ladies will be blue and some split to midnight. Pied is a pattern so those hens mated to the split cock would have to give the pied gene for the offspring to be split pied. You will not see any difference in offspring that are split pied to those that are not. The split crossed with any of the purple hens will give males that are purple (50%), and split to purple (50%). Split to the midnight hen gives males split to purple/midnight and split to midnight.
Purple x Purple breeds true so mating him to your purple hens = all purples
With the blue and midnight hens the Purple split pied will give all purple girls and boys spit purple some split purple/midnight.
