How do I go about getting NPIP Certified.

They come out and get blood samples from some of your breeding flock. Quick, easy and very informative. They are testing for Pullorum-Typhoid in your poultry. They also can test for Avian Influenza for a small fee.

I got my chicks from rural king and they gave me a certificate with them .

Here is a video of my birds getting tested, it's really simple, a drop of blood and a swab of spit and they're done for the year.
