Npip Is Kind Of A Joke In Reality... Dont Get Me Wrong It Was Designed For A Useful Purpose But Like Many Things Implementation Yields It Rather Inefficient If Not Useless... Basically All It Proves Was That When Tested You Were Disease Free... What Happened Before Or Since Testing...well That's A Different Story.

I feel like slapping my self and my state vet in the face

I'm getting way ripped off

I asked them before if I could test my own birds or go to a class that could teach me, but they said no... They also never put my on there NPIP list after 2 years of doing it, so I give up
