NPIP question

Is there somewhere you can search to see if someone is in fact NPIP certified?

I found a web site for my state when I looking for info on NPIP that had everyone listed. I'd go to the state's ag dept website and look there.

Ok. I looked under this https://npip.aphis.usda.gov/npip/openParticipantSearch.do but couldn't find the person.

I suppose if they don't update their website every week or so their name might not be included yet, but I bet you could call or email to ask about them.
