Npip?

you need to contact your state's department of agriculture. Each state has its own rules, but they NPIP programs are all run by the dept of ag

Yes thank you, I called the dept of agriculture yesterday and left a message...Hopefully I will hear back if not I will keep calling:)

I just had my flock NPIP tested on the 12th of this month. In Georgia, it costs $8.00 for the Poultry Lab to come out and $0.35 for each bird you want tested. It turned out to be a lot simpler than I thought it would be. I think calling them was probably the biggest step. Good luck with yours!

Don't forget, most NPIP test do not include the tests for MS and MG, if you want to have your birds tested for these two diseases you need to request they take blook samples when they test your birds.

Just called the PA dept. of Ag. and left message. I told them that I would also like my birds to be tested for MS & MG. So we will have to wait and see what they say. Thanks for the information. :)
