NR 360 Temperature not rising

This is my second time hatching with the Nurture Right 360. Everything was fine until the low temperature alarm started going off. The temperature is at 92 and won’t rise. The temperature light is also on but not blinking. Everything else is working and I’ve unplugged the incubator and it still has not gone up. Any help?

Press and hold the Menu button a few seconds until the display blinks. Then use the + key to set it to 99.5.

If it is set there, unplug it for about a minute, then back in again.

Is the lid placed on the base correctly? Maybe it’s just letting the warm air out and too much cool air in

Yeah, there's another good point. Those lids are hard to set back in place. I have to play around with the darn thing.

I tried unplugging it and the temp is going past 92 now, thanks!
