Well that's definitely not an ISAbrown, the comb is completely wrong and the legs are the wrong color. So feather color is not a helpful clue to determining gender for this one. Given how small and pale the comb is I'd say it's likely a pullet.
If we knew what hatchery they came from we could look through their online catalog and see what breeds they offer and which one(s) are a match for your mystery chick. Or you could email some of the pictures (the second set would be best for id) to their customer support email with a note that you think you got the wrong breed and they may be able to id it for you. Not all hatcheries will do chick id, but they could at least confirm that its not an ISAbrown.
