Speaking of workmans comp. I heard on the news today about some lady that was staying in a hotel on a business trip. Her boyfriend or a quick substitute was with her and they were banging the headboard against the wall in the hotel room. The light on the wall over the bed fell off and broke her nose. She is demanding workmans comp from her employer. Takes all kinds.
Well the workers' comp. insurance company will have its subrogation dept. then go after the hotel's insurance. It's really just a means for the employee to efficient compensation, rather than being stuck with having to go after the hotel herself. It's a wacky example, sure, but it wouldn't take much thinking to see how it actually translates in a more realistic scenario.

Oh, sorry, I thought everyone knew. It means "not safe for work". On less uptight forums, it's customary to place the "nsfw" tag in the title of a thread with risque content.

You mean forums who don't care that we welcome all ages here, right?
