While she was incubating the eggs she had her head thrown back......It could be that the hatching and now care have switched something on or off in her head.

I do actually, lots.
What I haven't been able to get yet is a fair picture of her in the coop pile.

This is what she was like if she sat down. It didn't matter where she was if she sat she did this.

Here she is doing her bit with the chicks.

And here she is sat down! She doesn't even have any chicks under her. They're with the other two.

She's been to the vet. There is nothing apparently physically wrong with her.
One would need a very specialised vet for something like this.
As you can see, apart form her normal slightly erratic but endearing behaviour which she has always had, she's a perfectly capable hen. She's the top hen in her tribe. She's just weird but in a very nice way. She's very brave, fit and looks the healthiest of them all.
