How sweet! Our favorite chicken, a buff orpington, is ALSO named Nugget...short for Miss Golden Chicken Nugget. She's the only one who I feel.comfortable letting the neighbor children pet and hold...she's SO mellow!

VA Poultry Breeders Association Fall Show

Nugget went to the VPBA Fall Show last Saturday. She won 1st in BA pullets and she won 1st in Novice Showmanship with me!!!!!! Yay!!!!

I have a Barred Rock (Maya) who seems a lot like Nugget, she only has a problem with you putting her back down.
