Nurture 360 Auto-turner Quit

I’ve tried all kinds of different things and now the temperature went up to 100.5 and I can’t move it up or down. I called and left a message two days ago and no call back. Called and left another message today. At this point, I want my money back because my eggs are probably going to get messed up because of the incubator. I should have just but the bullet and bought a Brinsea.
