Nurture Right 360 beeping once every 20 mins

Hi all, I’m posting this at 2:30am Aussie time out of desperation! My Nurture Right 360 incubator keeps beeping once approximately every 20 mins. There is no error code showing and the temp and humidity are where they should be, the little temp light is blinking as normal and the egg turner light is on. Help! I need to sleep!

The beeping is usually a low temp alarm. Do you have an extra thermometer other than the built-in one in the incubator?

You should also be able to disable the alarm by pressing the menu button.
