Nurture Right 360 error code

I have researched a bunch and just cant seem to find an answer. Have the Nurture Right 360 incubator and in the humidity percentage field, it is showing oU instead of a number. I filled A pot with distilled water and its been plugged in for 4 hours, error code still showing. Anyone seen this before?

I tried but no answer. Came on here to see if any one could offer up advice on the error code without having to wait until tomorrow.

Oh gotcha! Have you tried unplugging everything and re plugging in

Did you try the reset to factory default? It's on their instructions pamphlet and worked for me when mine glitched.
