Nurture right 360 lockdown temp

Today is day 18. I put 9 out of my 10 silkie eggs into lockdown and raised the humidity. It's sitting around 72-73% I'm trying to lower it to between 65 and 70 but I'm having a problem keeping the temp at 99.5. I set the incubator to 101 and I have two Govee thermometer/hygrometer in there that say 99.1 right now. They were at 97 for a few hours. Will that affect my eggs hatching at all being lower temp for a little bit? And has anyone else had trouble keeping the temp up after going in to lockdown? Any tips?
