Hello! Just checking in to see how everyone's hatches turned out. I'm on day 19 and experiencing the same issues. My thermometer vs. the built in NR thermometer are 3 degrees off, which seems like a massive difference. I've had to dial up the temp to "104" just to get my auxiliary thermometer to read 98.5 :/
