Need to know if I should do a dry run to make sure my Brand New incubator is operating properly!? I’m a first time Hatcher here and this incubator looks pretty simple to follow directions just unsure if I should test it

If you don't test it, your first incubation will be the test. I think it's a good idea to make sure everything works before incubating eggs.

I always test it, just keep it running for a few hour to get the hang of the humidity and heat.
