can any one tell me that if we give protein like boiled eggs mixed in feed or any other source of protein to chickens, so may this practice increase the sex hormones in male chickens

I would doubt it. If you have a cock bird that is not fertilising eggs, then I'd suggest replacing him

Historically , in the Sussex breed of poultry ..the farmers would give the hens sprouted forage oats that were 4 to 7 days old as Green Feed.
this supplement to their regular diet would help bring the hens into lay and help the cocks produce more robust sperm ...hopefully resulting in more robust chicks. They would use forage oats... the type of Oats the Farmers plant in the field . Not feed oats... the type the farmers fed their horses in the barn.

You could also try a tonic like "Rooster Booster" made by "Rooster Booster".
From what I have seen, it comes in both a liquid and a pellet.
