Where do you all get your nutritional yeast for your chickens. Also how much and how do you use it.
thank you.

Nutritional yeast can be found in a few grocery stores, but I think a lot of people have to order it from Amazon.
I don’t use it, but most people sprinkle it on food or treats once in a while.
Thank you. I was wondering if it was special for poultry but it seems its the same as what people would use.

I have ordered it online in the past. But if you want to give a good source of B vitamins to a chicken, I would go to your local store and buy human super B complex tablets in the vitamin aisle. They crush easily, and you can give 1/4 to 1/2 tablet daily in food or in a spoonful of water. That way you know they are getting enough. Riboflavin or B2 is found in B complex along with all other B vitamins.

Thank you, I may just try this.
