No invisible is an option for PPM members. There are times I want to read but not be seen as online. Its a nice option when your PMs fill up with help requests the second you go visible. lol I feel bad if I dont answer everyone, but also dont have hours to answer multiple PMs of medical help or hatching help every time I am on here. So invisible helps me read and replay to posts and get back off to be with the kids or the animals ect.

OK need a spot to take out my frustration and since this is a random post contest...here goes
. Had some chicks hatch yesterdayand this morning and i am running around like I am the chicken with my head cut off..

.First a cute little splash hatches and then one egg gets a nice big pip.GREAT..... then one star cracks WHHOO HOO all yesterday
Well this morning the star crack zips out fast ...and the big pip is sitll in limbo.
I think hes dead by now no ppe any more and no movement as its been like 16-18 hours pippedso pick it up. its alive!
. i assist it out and it was ready in fact wing stuck to the membrane So good. I did it But then spash gets bored and is pecking at the others even the assist who seems to be falling on its back ever second like a top and not able to stand
Take splashs out to brooder Thng i is brooder is a small box in my bathroom which has 2 ohter boxes oldwer 5 and 7 week olds.7 week olds are next to thiis baby box and trying to be nosey and se whats in the box when their hear splash cheep.
Thats not good. He would be a tastey snack for them at this size...
THEN splash trys to jump out of the box!
Sides are about 8 inches high but hes a good jumper. for a day old...so i raised the box flaps and tapedt hem to keep him in .... in the mean time trying to keep the temp where it needs to be as im movng the box father away from the pals but not much room to do that..tryng to keep the nosey Pals next door from flying in
Galloping to the next room to clean off and turn over the top heavy assist baby Hes sticky too so has to be cleaned more than once

Big Planned to go to Lowes today to get chicken wire to finish the large cage for the Palominos so thye stsay pout of trouble it eill be in my spare bathroom. wher they all are now
Been teens at night to 35 days cant go out. .
Then, the snow due in late afternoon decides to come in now .... 10 am GGRRR.
So last day of the year is busy and teeth grinding aggravating and THANK YOU ALL FOR LETTING ME VENT!!!!
Now gotta go back and see how the chicklets are all doing .
