whats a hatching basket? 

Basically it is anything you put them in to keep them separate while they hatch. Strawberry containers, I have used other fruit holders that have holes and lids.

Mine is all confused because I have quail and RIR hatching right now. Guineas due to hatch in about a week and chicken eggs put in at three different times this week. I'm not turning the new eggs because I figure the hatching chicks are moving them enough.

They are black/blue standard cochins.
