I'm going to try to make a little fleece comb protector for my rooster Tom Jr. to hopefully help prevent frostbite.

My mother offered to knit these for mine but it never really gets that cold down here.

My dogs are herders and i have to watch or my 3 year old will get in with baby chicks and try to keep them in a corner. She has NEVER tried to bite or hurt one.

my little sheltie tries to act adorable or osmething, sitting there in the middle of the chickens head up high wind blowing in fur, shes a funny dog HA!
