You know Erin..... seems like an awful shame to run that new bator at 20% full...... uses the same amount of energy no matter how many eggs are in it and what with the economy and energy crisis and all I"d think it was your duty as an american to fill that thing up....

Yea that's what I was thinking. I set another 10 eggs yesterday and have been putting the other eggs to the side so I can have a staggered hatch.

I swore I wasn't going to do this until the pheasants started to lay. But hey, guess what? One of my pheasant girls laid me an egg today so I guess it was all good timing!
