Please tell me im worrying for nothing, I bought my chicks from TSC (somerset Pa, They were the only ones with chicks in my area). And they said to pick up this chick starter stuff. It said 20% on it. But when I ran out of feed i went to a local TSC. And all they had was chick starter/grower. It didnt have any percents on it. They did have 24% but I assumed that was too much protein. They are about 10 ish weeks and have been on the chick starter/grower for about nine. I also have 7 week old chicks that have been strictly on that their whole lives.
PLEASE HELP

Grower is just fine for your chicks. Keep them on it until they start laying (not until about 6 months) and then switch them to layer feed and oyster shells.

That's the stuff. You can feed that straight through to 20 weeks if you want or switch over to plain grower mix (less protein) around 10 weeks. Then layer mix for added calcium and protein for eggs at 20 weeks.
