As an electrician I would advise that you use high temp wire, at least 90*C. If you use a lower rating the wire may become brittle from the heat and short out a lot sooner.
I recommend 14 gauge copper wire, it will hold up to heat and prolonged use a lot better.
At 650 Watts you should be okay with a regular 15 amp house receptacle.
Take note of where wires go. Mark terminals with letters and keep track.
ie. Heater 1 would be (A). Goes to junction box (G)
Heater 2 (B) goes to (G)
Use a pencil and write on your machine what letter you have given each part.
Draw it out as you disassemble.
