Anyone able to monitor feed consumption close enough to see changes in quantity consumed when temperature takes a nose dive and winds are high like some in the Midwest are currently realizing?

Mine have increased markedly, especially juveniles and birds in heavy molt.

I am in SW Washington State (not in a cold snap now) but here is what I have observed: yes I do see a feed increase when we get our small dose of super cold weather (usually for about 2 weeks down to 20 degrees) here. They pick all the grains

out of the feed mix during this time and I consider that a request for more grains in the mix - so I increase the grain proportion in response.
