I'm looking for anyone that has eggs, and or adult birds they would be willing to sale. Or point me in the right direction as to obtain a few pairs?

To my knowledge, there are no breeders in the states that have them in their collection. This is a quail that is indigenous to Southern Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Belize.
A close relative, is the Mearns quail, Cyrtonyx montezuma.
If you could find C. ocellatus, they would have to be imported = expensive and hard to get.

ETA -- no breeder is going to sell eggs of C. ocellatus, too rare and valuable a bird.

Would you know any referrable contacts that point me in the right direction to have them imported; Or maybe someone who has imported?

I would be willing to do all the paperwork for the importing of them, that's no issue.

Sorry, I do not but you might check out the various quail groups on Facebook.
