ocellated wild turkeys??

I know this is an old post but did you ever find some Ocellated turkeys, I just seen these this past yr 2009 and this yrs and was wondering if you or anyone has found any and if any1 is selling some hatching or day olds . I thinking on getting me a pair or trio for the farm , they are some beauitful looking birds .

Hi Alan, I know a few folks with them, but they arent for the faint of heart.
These wouldnt be farm turkeys, they are extremely hard to keep and feed, very specialised diets.
and cost run well into 4 digits. That being said, none of them sell eggs or chicks, very few even get them to reproduce, so nope, not looking good.
