I would rather start another swap on here than deal with folks on Facebook I don't know. I would call it the BIG swap, minimum a dozen eggs sent. Better chance of getting a trio or more

I'm getting a couple eggs a day, but they're all mixed and I don't need anymore mixed chickens.

Are they mixed breed chickens or purebred chickens mixed together? Costs just as much to keep purebreds , and the eggs are worth a whole bunch more than $1.50 per dozen. Get Mr. Fluffy Puffy to work!:-D

Totally , you want the upgrade package.;-) They charge extra for that .

I am going to give those Dark Brahmas a pep talk. They have never laid an egg and they are moulting. I think the problem is they sleep outside in the run so they are getting too much dark time. I may move them to a different coop. The black Australorps are molting but still laying sporadically.

Sorry guys I gotta put a lid on it til spring. Got all my pens full and I'm working full time again. Days are getting shorter and I dont want my hobby to seem too much like an extra "job". Have FUN!!
